Interim Temporary Staffing Manager - NHS - London
Our client, an NHS Trust based in London, requires an Interim Temporary Staffing Manager for a three month contract commencing immediately.
The purpose of this role is to deliver of the Trust\'s Workforce Strategy by ensuring the provision of a high quality and cost-effective temporary staffing service.
The successful candidate will;
- Successfully deliver a Temporary staffing Bank service for the Trust.
- Maintain standards of customer service with Divisional Management Teams which define the level of service provided by the Temporary Team.
- Ensure that Agency usage is monitored closely.
- Monitor Bank issues on a regular basis and to work in partnership with other members of the Workforce Team to identify improvement strategies.
- Manage, guide and coach team members in order to support them in delivering challenging objectives.
You will have a relevant CIPD qualification and will have worked at managerial level in HR in the NHS. In addition you will have a detailed understanding of temporary staffing within the NHS and will have managed teams on previous assignments.
