Job Description
A world leading Private Equity firm based in Central London with more than £6 billion under management are undergoing a significant period of growth and in line with demands from their US investors, are in the process of launching a new fund. As such a position has arisen for a Finance Manager, experienced in US GAAP reporting for Private Equity funds, to take ownership and ultimate responsibility for the implementation.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the initial responsibilities of the role will include preparing and executing a detailed project plan, delivery of US GAAP financial statements to investors, responsibility for the implementation of the appropriate systems to enable US GAAP reporting, the facilitation of a valuation committee and recruiting additional team members. The role will also involve assisting and directing the planning and delivery of a wide range of other projects also.
Ideally candidates will be a qualified accountants, and have experience within a finance department of a Private Equity firm which produces US GAAP financial statements.
