Job Description
A Luxury Brand Retailer are currently seeking a Head of Finance to join their Central London team.
They have operations worldwide and employee over 300 staff. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful and growing organization.
You will be responsible for heading up the UK finance team of seven employees. You will be a member of the UK executive team, responsible for financial accounting and management reporting for all the UK companies and branches including the preparation of budgets and quarterly reforecasts, which will involve working closely with the account management teams. Financial accounting responsibilities will include the preparation of statutory accounts and ensuring tax compliance, as well as liaising with auditors. You will also be responsible for financial control, compliance with group policies and accounting standards, driving improvements in local processes and local implementation of new group policies and initiatives.
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified with good technical knowledge. This is a high-profile position requiring excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and a willingness to handle ad hoc tasks and projects. My client offers a competitive remuneration package, with a 60 -70K salary plus benefits.
