Job Description
A leading and well performing private equity firm is looking for an experienced senior fund accountant for its international investor holding funds. Based in their London office and with a range of exciting companies in its portfolio, this all encompassing role will see the successful candidate involved in everything from core NAV production through to financial reporting around the funds as well as liaising with fund managers and executives on transactional management. This role is unique in that you will be heavily involved with the deal team on all related transactional matters as well as day-to-day fund accounts.
Past experience has shown that the most successful candidate in this role will be a qualified accountant (or equivalent) with mass exposure to private equity fund accounting procedures around UK/US structures. It is vital that you are able to communicate to individuals at all levels as you will be dealing with some extremely high profile clients and therefore solid academics would be an advantage here.
